Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged.

4. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are considered charitable contributions.

However, refund requests related to duplicate charges, processing errors, or unauthorized transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Church reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

Church House of Ministry Worldwide – Ladson shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

All participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
